Who we are

Assistants is a product of IDP Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 33 130 478 385). We are based in Sydney, Australia. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IDP Solutions Pty Ltd.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use this website, we may collect:

• basic browsing and technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, dates, times and diagnostic logs;
• booking details you provide to Calendly, such as your name, contact details, answers to booking questions and selected meeting time.

We may also receive information you include in an email, booking note or other communication with us. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website;
• respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls; and
• meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to run this website and its connected features. These currently include Vercel for hosting and technical logs, and Calendly for bookings. They process information for us under their own service terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors or authorities when reasonably required to operate our business, protect our rights or comply with law. We do not disclose personal information for unrelated purposes without permission or another lawful basis.

Storage, access and retention

Information may be stored in our business systems and in systems operated by the providers above. We limit internal access to people who need it for their work and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information.

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution needs. We then delete or de-identify it where we can, subject to applicable law and normal provider backup cycles.

Overseas processing

Vercel and Calendly are global providers. Personal information may therefore be processed or stored outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations used by those providers. Their locations and subprocessors can change over time.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@idpsolutions.com.au. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant information and respond. We may need to verify your identity.
